Restrictions

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK

CIAN SHEUN shall retain and own all the copyrights to the templates. As such, you cannot copy, modify, distribute or sell the templates without our consent and authorization. The templates are protected by the international treaty which grants us the ownership and intellectual property rights.

WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CIAN SHEUN makes no expressed or implied warranty on the merchantability or fitness for any specific purpose. In the event that CIAN SHEUN is liable to you for any reason, our liability shall only be limited to the sum paid by you for the use of the Product.

You represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to enter into this Agreement. If you download any of the templates on behalf of a corporation, association, organization, or entity, this Agreement shall apply to such entity. In such a case, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to bind the said entity to this Agreement.

TERMINATION AND REVOCATION

CIAN SHEUN has the right and authority to terminate your rights under this Agreement without notice in the event that you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

CIAN SHEUN also reserves the right to revoke the license afforded to you for a just cause.

Upon the termination of your license, you must immediately stop using the template and delete or destroy the files containing the templates from your computer or storage. You must also ensure that your clients do likewise.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Assignment

The license granted to you under this Agreement shall not be assigned to another person or entity.

Unauthorized Use of the Templates

You agree to indemnify CIAN SHEUN from any claims of loss or damage arising out of the unauthorized use of the templates, in whole or in the part, or for the breach of any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

Severability

In the event that a provision of this License Agreement is deemed to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall be severed.
